Thou broughtest us into a net, thou didst lay a heavy burden upon our loins;

בַמְּצוּדָ֑ה (מְּצוּדָ֑ה) me.tzu.Dah “net”

And I will spread my net upon him, and he shall be taken in my snare; and I will bring him to Babylon to the land of the Chaldeans; but he shall not see it, and there shall he die.

בִּמְצֽוּדָתִ֑י (מְצֽוּדָתִ֑) m.tzu.da.T “hunting net”

And I will tear your veils and deliver my people out of your hand, and they shall be no more in your hand to be hunted; and ye shall know that I [ergänzt: am] Jehovah.

לִמְצוּדָ֑ה (מְצוּדָ֑ה) m.tzu.Dah “prey”

And I will spread my net upon him, and he shall be taken in my snare; and I will bring him to Babylon, and will enter into judgment with him there for his unfaithfulness in which he hath been unfaithful against me.
