And Lemech said to his wives: Adah and Zillah, hear my voice, Ye wives of Lemech, listen to my speech. For I have slain a man for my wound, and a youth for my bruise.

הַאְזֵ֖נָּה ha'.Ze.nah “give ear to”

And he said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of Jehovah thy God, and do what is right in his eyes, and incline thine ears to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the complaints upon thee that I have put upon the Egyptians; for I am Jehovah who healeth thee.

וְהַֽאֲזַנְתָּ֙ (הַֽאֲזַנְתָּ֙) ha.'a.zan.Ta “you will give ear”

Then he took up his parable and said, Rise up, Balak, and hear! hearken unto me, son of Zippor!

הַאֲזִ֥ינָה (הַאֲזִ֥ינָ) ha.'a.Zi.na “give ear”

And ye returned and wept before Jehovah, but Jehovah would not listen to your voice, nor give ear unto you.

הֶאֱזִ֖ין he.'e.Zin “he gave ear”

Give ear, ye heavens, and I will speak; And hear, O earth, the words of my mouth!

הַאֲזִ֥ינוּ ha.'a.Zi.nu “give ear”

"Hear, O kings; give ear, O princes; to the LORD I will sing, I will make melody to the LORD, the God of Israel.

הַאֲזִ֖ינוּ ha.'a.Zi.nu “give ear”

And he sent prophets among them to bring them again to Jehovah, and they testified against them; but they would not give ear.

הֶאֱזִֽינוּ׃ he.'e.Zi.nu “they gave ear”

And many years didst thou forbear with them, and testifiedst against them by thy Spirit through thy prophets; but they would not give ear: and thou gavest them into the hand of the peoples of the lands.

If I had called, and he had answered me, I would not believe that he hearkened to my voice, --

יַאֲזִ֥ין ya.'a.Zin “he gave ear to”

Lo, I waited for your words; I gave ear to your reasonings, until ye searched out what to say.

Howbeit, Job, I pray thee, hear mine utterances, and hearken to all my words.

הַאֲזִֽינָה׃ (הַאֲזִֽינָ) ha.'a.Zi.na “give ear to”

Hear my words, ye wise [supplied: men]; and give ear unto me, ye that have knowledge.

הַאֲזִ֥ינוּ ha.'a.Zi.nu “give ear”

If now [supplied: thou hast] understanding, hear this: give ear to the voice of my words!

Hearken unto this, Job; stand still and discern the wondrous works of God.

Give ear to my words, O Jehovah; consider my meditation.

Hear the right, O Jehovah, attend unto my cry; give ear unto my prayer, which is not out of feigned lips.

Hear my prayer, Jehovah, and give ear unto my cry; be not silent at my tears: for I am a stranger with thee, a sojourner, like all my fathers.

Hear this, all ye peoples; give ear, all inhabitants of the world:

הַ֝אֲזִ֗ינוּ ha.'a.Zi.nu “give ear”

O God, hear my prayer; give ear to the words of my mouth.

Give ear to my prayer, O God; and hide not thyself from my supplication.

הַאֲזִ֣ינָה (הַאֲזִ֣ינָ) ha.'a.Zi.na “give ear to”

My voice is unto God, and I will cry; my voice is unto God, and he will give ear unto me.

וְהַאֲזִ֥ין (הַאֲזִ֥ין) ha.'a.Zin “he will give ear”

Give ear, O my people, to my law; incline your ears to the words of my mouth.

Give ear, O Shepherd of Israel, thou that leadest Joseph like a flock; thou that sittest [supplied: between] the cherubim, shine forth.

Jehovah, God of hosts, hear my prayer; give ear, O God of Jacob. Selah.

Give ear, O Jehovah, unto my prayer, and attend to the voice of my supplications.
