Hear, O ye kings; give ear, O ye princes; I, unto the LORD will I sing; I will sing praise to the LORD, the God of Israel.
רֹֽזְנִ֑ים ro.ze.Nim “O rulers”
The kings of the earth stand up, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against His anointed:
וְרוֹזְנִ֥ים (רוֹזְנִ֥ים) roz.Nim “rulers”
By me kings reign, and princes decree justice.
וְ֝רוֹזְנִ֗ים (רוֹזְנִ֗ים) roz.Nim “rulers”
It is not for kings, O Lemuel, it is not for kings to drink wine: nor for princes to say: 'Where is strong drink?'
וּ֝לְרוֹזְנִ֗ים (רוֹזְנִ֗ים) roz.Nim “rulers”
That bringeth princes to nothing; He maketh the judges of the earth as a thing of nought.

And they scoff at kings, and princes are a derision unto them; they deride every stronghold, for they heap up earth, and take it.
