H1280–בְּרִיחַ–be.ri.ach

And thou shalt make bars of acacia-wood: five for the boards of the one side of the tabernacle,

בְרִיחִ֖ם ve.ri.Chim “bars”

and five bars for the boards of the other side of the tabernacle, and five bars for the boards of the side of the tabernacle, for the hinder part westward;

בְרִיחִ֔ם ve.ri.Chim “bars”בְרִיחִ֗ם ve.ri.Chim “bars”

and the middle bar in the midst of the boards, which shall pass through from end to end.

וְהַבְּרִ֥יחַ (בְּרִ֥יחַ) be.Ri.ach “bar”

And thou shalt overlay the boards with gold, and make their rings of gold for holders for the bars; and thou shalt overlay the bars with gold.

לַבְּרִיחִ֑ם (בְּרִיחִ֑ם) be.ri.Chim “bars”הַבְּרִיחִ֖ם (בְּרִיחִ֖ם) be.ri.Chim “bars”

the tabernacle, its tent, and its covering, its clasps, and its boards, its bars, its pillars, and its sockets;

בְּרִיחָ֕יו (בְּרִיחָ֕י) be.ri.Cha “bars”

And he made bars of acacia-wood: five for the boards of the one side of the tabernacle,

בְּרִיחֵ֖י be.ri.Chei “bars of”

and five bars for the boards of the other side of the tabernacle, and five bars for the boards of the tabernacle for the hinder part westward.

And he made the middle bar to pass through in the midst of the boards from the one end to the other.

הַבְּרִ֣יחַ (בְּרִ֣יחַ) be.Ri.ach “bar”

And he overlaid the boards with gold, and made their rings of gold for holders for the bars, and overlaid the bars with gold.

לַבְּרִיחִ֑ם (בְּרִיחִ֑ם) be.ri.Chim “bars”הַבְּרִיחִ֖ם (בְּרִיחִ֖ם) be.ri.Chim “bars”

And they brought the tabernacle unto Moses, the Tent, and all its furniture, its clasps, its boards, its bars, and its pillars, and its sockets;

בְּרִיחָ֖יו (בְּרִיחָ֖י) be.ri.cho “bars”

And Moses reared up the tabernacle, and laid its sockets, and set up the boards thereof, and put in the bars thereof, and reared up its pillars.

בְּרִיחָ֑יו (בְּרִיחָ֑י) be.ri.Cha “bars”

the appointed charge of the sons of Merari being the boards of the tabernacle, and the bars thereof, and the pillars thereof, and the sockets thereof, and all the instruments thereof, and all that pertaineth to the service thereof;

וּבְרִיחָ֖יו (בְרִיחָ֖י) ve.ri.Cha “bars”

And this is the charge of their burden, according to all their service in the tent of meeting: the boards of the tabernacle, and the bars thereof, and the pillars thereof, and the sockets thereof;

וּבְרִיחָ֖יו (בְרִיחָ֖י) ve.ri.Cha “bars”

All these were fortified cities, with high walls, gates, and bars; beside the unwalled towns a great many.

וּבְרִ֑יחַ (בְרִ֑יחַ) ve.Ri.ach “bar[s]”

And Samson lay till midnight, and arose at midnight, and laid hold of the doors of the gate of the city, and the two posts, and plucked them up, bar and all, and put them upon his shoulders, and carried them up to the top of the mountain that is before H

And it was told Saul that David was come to Keilah. And Saul said: 'God hath delivered him into my hand; for he is shut in, by entering into a town that hath gates and bars.'

Also he built Beth-horon the upper, and Beth-horon the nether, fortified cities, with walls, gates, and bars;

For he said unto Judah: 'Let us build these cities, and make about them walls, and towers, gates, and bars; the land is yet before us, because we have sought the LORD our God; we have sought Him, and He hath given us rest on every side.' So they b

And the fish gate did the sons of Hassenaah build; they laid the beams thereof, and set up the doors thereof, the bolts thereof, and the bars thereof.

And the gate of the old city repaired Joiada the son of Paseah and Meshullam the son of Besodeiah; they laid the beams thereof, and set up the doors thereof, and the bolts thereof, and the bars thereof.

The valley gate repaired Hanun, and the inhabitants of Zanoah; they built it, and set up the doors thereof, the bolts thereof, and the bars thereof, and a thousand cubits of the wall unto the dung gate.

וּבְרִיחָ֑יו (בְרִיחָ֑י) ve.ri.Cha “bars”

And the dung gate repaired Malchijah the son of Rechab, the ruler of the district of Beth-cherem; he built it, and set up the doors thereof, the bolts thereof, and the bars thereof.

וּבְרִיחָֽיו׃ (בְרִיחָֽי) ve.ri.Cha “bars”

And the fountain gate repaired Shallun the son of Colhozeh, the ruler of the district of Mizpah; he built it, and covered it, and set up the doors thereof, the bolts thereof, and the bars thereof, and the wall of the pool of Shelah by the king's garden,

וּבְרִיחָ֑יו (בְרִיחָ֑י) ve.ri.Cha “bars”

And prescribed for it My decree, and set bars and doors,

בְּרִ֣יחַ be.Ri.ach “a bar”
