H0833–אָשַׁר–a.shar

And Leah said, Happy am I! for the daughters will call me happy: and she called his name Asher.

אִשְּׁר֖וּנִי (אִשְּׁר֖וּ) 'i.she.Ru. “they will call happy”

For when the ear heard [supplied: me], then it blessed me; And when the eye saw [supplied: me], it gave witness unto me:

וַֽתְּאַשְּׁרֵ֑נִי (תְּאַשְּׁרֵ֑) te.'a.she.Re. “it called blessed”

Jehovah will preserve him, and keep him alive, And he shall be blessed upon the earth; And deliver not thou him unto the will of his enemies.

וְאֻשַּׁ֣ר (אֻשַּׁ֣ר) 'u.Shar “he will be called blessed”

His name shall endure for ever; His name shall be continued as long as the sun: And men shall be blessed in him; All nations shall call him happy.

יְאַשְּׁרֽוּהוּ׃ (יְאַשְּׁרֽוּ) ye.'a.she.Ru. “may they call blessed”

She is a tree of life to them that lay hold upon her: And happy is every one that retaineth her.

מְאֻשָּֽׁר׃ me.'u.Shar “[are] called blessed”

Enter not into the path of the wicked, And walk not in the way of evil men.

תְּ֝אַשֵּׁ֗ר te.'a.Sher “you advance”

Leave off, ye simple ones, and live; And walk in the way of understanding.

וְ֝אִשְׁר֗וּ (אִשְׁר֗וּ) 'ish.Ru “advance”

Hear thou, my son, and be wise, And guide thy heart in the way.

וְאַשֵּׁ֖ר (אַשֵּׁ֖ר) 'a.Sher “guide”

Her children rise up, and call her blessed; Her husband [supplied: also], and he praiseth her, [supplied: saying]:

וַֽיְאַשְּׁר֑וּהָ (יְאַשְּׁר֑וּ) y.'a.she.Ru. “they called blessed”

My dove, my undefiled, is [supplied: but] one; She is the only one of her mother; She is the choice one of her that bare her. The daughters saw her, and called her blessed; [supplied: Yea], the queens and the concubines, and they praised her.

וַֽיְאַשְּׁר֔וּהָ (יְאַשְּׁר֔וּ) y.'a.she.Ru. “they called blessed”

learn to do well; seek justice, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow.

אַשְּׁר֣וּ 'a.she.Ru “set right”

As for my people, children are their oppressors, and women rule over them. O my people, they that lead thee cause thee to err, and destroy the way of thy paths.

מְאַשְּׁרֶ֣יךָ (מְאַשְּׁרֶ֣י) me.'a.she.Rei. “guides”

For they that lead this people cause them to err; and they that are led of them are destroyed.

מְאַשְּׁרֵ֥י me.'a.she.Rei “[the] guides”וּמְאֻשָּׁרָ֖יו (מְאֻשָּׁרָ֖י) me.'u.sha.Ra “[those who] were guided by”

And all nations shall call you happy; for ye shall be a delightsome land, saith Jehovah of hosts.

וְאִשְּׁר֥וּ (אִשְּׁר֥וּ) 'i.she.Ru “they will call blessed”

And now we call the proud happy; yea, they that work wickedness are built up; yea, they tempt God, and escape.

מְאַשְּׁרִ֣ים me.'a.she.Rim “[are] calling blessed”
