And Adam lived a hundred and thirty years, and begat [ergänzt: a son] in his own likeness, after his image; and called his name Seth:

שְׁלֹשִׁ֤ים she.lo.Shim “thirty”

And all the days that Adam lived were nine hundred and thirty years: and he died.

And Mahalalel lived after he begat Jared eight hundred and thirty years, and begat sons and daughters:

And this is how thou shalt make it: the length of the ark three hundred cubits, the breadth of it fifty cubits, and the height of it thirty cubits.

and Eber lived after he begat Peleg four hundred and thirty years, and begat sons and daughters.

And Peleg lived thirty years, and begat Reu:

שְׁלֹשִׁ֣ים she.lo.Shim “thirty”

And Reu lived two and thirty years, and begat Serug:

וּשְׁלֹשִׁ֖ים (שְׁלֹשִׁ֖ים) she.lo.Shim “thirty”

And Serug lived thirty years, and begat Nahor:

שְׁלֹשִׁ֣ים she.lo.Shim “thirty”

And he said, Oh let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak: peradventure there shall thirty be found there. And he said, I will not do it, if I find thirty there.

Now the time that the children of Israel dwelt in Egypt was four hundred and thirty years.
