Hear, you kings; give ear, you princes; I, [supplied: even] I, will sing to Yahweh; I will sing praise to Yahweh, the God of Israel.
רֹֽזְנִ֑ים ro.ze.Nim “O rulers”
The kings of the earth take a stand, And the rulers take counsel together, Against Yahweh, and against his anointed, saying,
וְרוֹזְנִ֥ים (רוֹזְנִ֥ים) roz.Nim “rulers”
By me kings reign, And princes decree justice.
