Except Caleb the son of Jephunneh, he shall see it, and to him will I give the land that he hath trodden upon, and to his children, because he hath wholly followed Jehovah.

For who is +God save Jehovah? and who is a rock if not our God?

Jehovah our God, other lords than thee have had dominion over us; by thee only will we make mention of thy name.

I [supplied: am] Jehovah, and there is none else; there is no God beside me: I girded thee, and thou hast not known me;

Declare and bring [supplied: them] near; yea, let them take counsel together: who hath caused this to be heard from ancient time? [supplied: who] hath declared it long ago? Is it not I, Jehovah? And there is no God else beside me; a just God and a Saviour, there is none besides me.

Never have [supplied: men] heard, nor perceived by the ear, nor hath eye seen a God beside thee, who acteth for him that waiteth for him.

Yet I [supplied: am] Jehovah thy God from the land of Egypt, and thou hast known no God but me; and there is no saviour besides me.
