They have ears, and they hear not; neither is there any breath in their mouth.

יַאֲזִ֑ינוּ ya.'a.Zi.nu “they give ear”

I have said unto Jehovah, Thou art my God: give ear, O Jehovah, to the voice of my supplications.

הַאֲזִ֥ינָה (הַאֲזִ֥ינָ) ha.'a.Zi.na “give ear to”

Jehovah, I have called upon thee: make haste unto me; give ear unto my voice, when I call unto thee.

Jehovah, hear my prayer; give ear to my supplications: in thy faithfulness answer me, in thy righteousness.

מֵ֝זִין Me.zin “[is] giving ear”

Hear, [supplied: ye] heavens, and give ear, [supplied: thou] earth! for Jehovah hath spoken: I have nourished and brought up children; and they have rebelled against me.

Hear the word of Jehovah, rulers of Sodom; give ear unto the law of our God, people of Gomorrah!
