G2045–ἐρευνάω–ereunaō

Ye search the scriptures, for ye think that in them ye have life eternal, and they it is which bear witness concerning me;

ἐραυνᾶτε eraunate “You diligently search”

They answered and said to him, Art thou also of Galilee? Search and look, that no prophet arises out of Galilee.

ἐραύνησον eraunēson “do search”

But he who searches the hearts knows what [supplied: is] the mind of the Spirit, because he intercedes for saints according to God.

ἐραυνῶν eraunōn “searching”

but God has revealed to us by [supplied: his] Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God.

ἐραυνᾷ, erauna “searches,”

searching what, or what manner of time, the Spirit of Christ which [supplied: was] in them pointed out, testifying before of the sufferings which [supplied: belonged] to Christ, and the glories after these.

ἐραυνῶντες eraunōntes “inquiring”

and her children will I kill with death; and all the assemblies shall know that *I* am he that searches [supplied: the] reins and [supplied: the] hearts; and I will give to you each according to your works.
