And upon Elam will I bring the four winds, from the four ends of the heavens, and I will scatter them toward all those winds; and there shall be no nation whither the outcasts of Elam shall not come.

וְזֵ֣רִתִ֔ים (ם) m “them”

And I will cause Elam to be dismayed before their enemies, and before them that seek their life; and I will bring evil upon them, my fierce anger, saith Jehovah; and I will send the sword after them, till I have consumed them.

עֲלֵיהֶ֧ם׀ (הֶ֧ם) Hem “them”אַֽחֲרֵיהֶם֙ (הֶם֙) Hem “them”אוֹתָֽם׃ (ם) m “them”

My people are lost sheep; their shepherds have caused them to go astray, they turned them away on the mountains: they went from mountain to hill, they forgot their resting-place.

הִתְע֔וּם (ם) m “them”שֽׁוֹבְב֑וּם (ם) m “them”

All that found them devoured them, and their adversaries said, We are not guilty, because they have sinned against Jehovah, the habitation of righteousness, even Jehovah, the hope of their fathers.

מוֹצְאֵיהֶ֣ם (הֶ֣ם) Hem “them”אֲכָל֔וּם (ם) m “them”

Go up against the land of double rebellion, against it, and against the inhabitants of visitation; waste and utterly destroy after them, saith Jehovah, and do according to all that I have commanded thee.

אַֽחֲרֵיהֶם֙ (הֶם֙) Hem “them”

Slay all her bullocks; let them go down to the slaughter: woe unto them! for their day is come, the time of their visitation.

עֲלֵיהֶ֔ם (הֶ֔ם) Hem “them”

Thus saith Jehovah of hosts: The children of Israel and the children of Judah were together oppressed; and all that took them captives held them fast: they refused to let them go.

שֹֽׁבֵיהֶם֙ (הֶם֙) Hem “their”בָ֔ם (ם) m “them”שַׁלְּחָֽם׃ (ם) m “them”

Behold, he shall come up like a lion from the swelling of the Jordan against the strong habitation; for I will make him suddenly run away from it; and who is a chosen [ergänzt: man] whom I may appoint over her? For who is like me? and who will assign me a time? and who is that shepherd that will stand before me?

אֲרִיצֵם֙ (ם֙) m “them”

Therefore hear the counsel of Jehovah, which he hath taken against Babylon, and his purposes which he hath purposed against the land of the Chaldeans: The little ones of the flock shall certainly draw them away; he shall certainly make their habitation desolate for them.

יִסְחָבוּם֙ (ם֙) m “them”עֲלֵיהֶ֖ם (הֶ֖ם) Hem “them”

Every man is become brutish, so as to have no knowledge; every founder is put to shame by the graven image, for his molten image is falsehood, and there is no breath in them.

בָּֽם׃ (ם) m “them”

When they are heated, I will prepare their drink, and I will make them drunken, that they may exult, and sleep a perpetual sleep, and not wake, saith Jehovah.

וְהִשְׁכַּרְתִּים֙ (ם֙) m “them”

I will bring them down like lambs to the slaughter, like rams with he-goats.

אֽוֹרִידֵ֖ם (ם) m “them”

And the heavens and the earth, and all that is therein, shall shout aloud over Babylon; for out of the north the spoilers shall come against her, saith Jehovah.

בָּהֶ֑ם (הֶ֑ם) Hem “them”

For, because the anger of Jehovah was against Jerusalem and Judah, until he had cast them out from his presence, Zedekiah rebelled against the king of Babylon.

אוֹתָ֖ם (ם) m “them”

The pots also, and the shovels, and the knives, and the bowls, and the cups, and all the vessels of brass wherewith they ministered, they took away.

בָהֶ֖ם (הֶ֖ם) Hem “them”

And Nebuzar-adan the captain of the body-guard took them, and brought them to the king of Babylon to Riblah;

אוֹתָ֔ם (ם) m “them”אוֹתָ֛ם (ם) m “them”

and the king of Babylon smote them, and put them to death at Riblah in the land of Hamath. Thus Judah was carried away captive out of his land.

אוֹתָם֩ (ם֩) m “them”וַיְמִתֵ֛ם (ם) m “them”

Zion spreadeth forth her hands; there is none to comfort her; Jehovah hath commanded concerning Jacob, [ergänzt: that] his adversaries [ergänzt: should be] round about him; Jerusalem is as an impurity among them.

בֵּינֵיהֶֽם׃ (הֶֽם) Hem “them”

I called for my lovers, they have deceived me; my priests and mine elders have expired in the city, while they sought them food to revive their soul.

לָ֔מוֹ (מוֹ) mo “themselves”

Let all their wickedness come before thee; and do unto them, as thou hast done unto me for all my transgressions: for my sighs are many, and my heart is faint.

לָ֔מוֹ (מוֹ) mo “them”

Thou hast called up, as on the day of a set feast, my terrors on every side; and in the day of Jehovah's anger there was none that escaped or remained: those that I have nursed and brought up hath mine enemy consumed.

כִלָּֽם׃ (ם) m “them”

Render unto them a recompence, O Jehovah, according to the work of their hands;

לָהֶ֥ם (הֶ֥ם) Hem “them”

give them obduracy of heart, thy curse unto them;

לָהֶם֙ (הֶם֙) Hem “them”לָהֶֽם׃ (הֶֽם) Hem “them”

pursue them in anger, and destroy them from under the heavens of Jehovah.

וְתַשְׁמִידֵ֔ם (ם) m “them”

The tongue of the sucking child cleaveth to the roof of his mouth for thirst; the young children ask bread, no man breaketh it unto them.
