Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou wilt stretch forth thy hand against the anger of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me.

תְּחַ֫יֵּ֥נִי (נִי) ni “me”וְת֖וֹשִׁיעֵ֣נִי (נִי) ni “me”

Jehovah will perfect what concerneth me: thy loving-kindness, O Jehovah, [ergänzt: endureth] for ever; forsake not the works of thine own hands.

בַּ֫עֲדִ֥י (י) i “me”

Jehovah, thou hast searched me, and known [ergänzt: me].

חֲ֝קַרְתַּ֗נִי (נִי) ni “me”

Thou hast beset me behind and before, and laid thy hand upon me.

צַרְתָּ֑נִי (נִי) ni “me”עָלַ֣י (י) i “me”

O knowledge too wonderful for me! it is high, I cannot [ergänzt: attain] unto it.

מִמֶּ֑נִּי (נִּי) ni “me”

Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me.

תַנְחֵ֑נִי (נִי) ni “me”וְֽתֹאחֲזֵ֥נִי (נִי) ni “me”

And if I say, Surely darkness shall cover me, and the light about me be night;

יְשׁוּפֵ֑נִי (נִי) ni “me”בַּעֲדֵֽנִי׃ (נִי) ni “me”

For thou hast possessed my reins; thou didst cover me in my mother's womb.

תְּ֝סֻכֵּ֗נִי (נִי) ni “me”

But how precious are thy thoughts unto me, O God! how great is the sum of them!

וְלִ֗י (י) i “me”

Oh that thou wouldest slay the wicked, O +God! And ye men of blood, depart from me.

מֶֽנִּי׃ (נִּי) ni “me”

I hate them with perfect hatred; I account them mine enemies.

לִֽי׃ (י) i “me”

Search me, O God, and know my heart; prove me, and know my thoughts;

חָקְרֵ֣נִי (נִי) ni “me”בְּ֝חָנֵ֗נִי (נִי) ni “me”

And see if there be any grievous way in me; and lead me in the way everlasting.

בִּ֑י (י) i “me”וּ֝נְחֵ֗נִי (נִי) ni “me”

Free me, O Jehovah, from the evil man; preserve me from the violent man:

חַלְּצֵ֣נִי (נִי) ni “me”תִּנְצְרֵֽנִי׃ (נִי) ni “me”

Keep me, O Jehovah, from the hands of the wicked [ergänzt: man], preserve me from the violent man, who devise to overthrow my steps.

שָׁמְרֵ֤נִי (נִי) ni “me”תִּנְצְרֵ֑נִי (נִי) ni “me”

The proud have hidden a snare for me, and cords; they have spread a net by the way-side; they have set traps for me. Selah.

לִ֗י (י) i “me”לִ֣י (י) i “me”

Jehovah, I have called upon thee: make haste unto me; give ear unto my voice, when I call unto thee.

לִּ֑י (י) i “me”

Let the righteous smite me, it is kindness; and let him reprove me, it is an excellent oil which my head shall not refuse: for yet my prayer also is [ergänzt: for them] in their calamities.

יֶֽהֶלְמֵֽנִי־ (נִי) ni- “me”וְֽיוֹכִיחֵ֗נִי (נִי) ni “me”

Keep me from the snare which they have laid for me, and from the traps of the workers of iniquity.

שָׁמְרֵ֗נִי (נִי) ni “me”לִ֑י (י) i “me”

When my spirit was overwhelmed within me, then *thou* knewest my path. In the way wherein I walked have they hidden a snare for me.

עָלַ֨י׀ (י) i “me”לִֽי׃ (י) i “me”

Look on the right hand and see; there is no man that knoweth me: refuge hath failed me; no man careth for my soul.

לִ֪י (י) i “me”מִמֶּ֑נִּי (נִּי) ni “me”

Attend unto my cry, for I am brought very low; deliver me from my persecutors, for they are stronger than I.

הַצִּילֵ֥נִי (נִי) ni “me”מֵרֹדְפַ֑י (י) i “me”מִמֶּֽנִּי׃ (נִּי) ni “me”

Bring my soul out of prison, that I may celebrate thy name. The righteous shall surround me, because thou dealest bountifully with me.

בִּ֭י (י) i “me”עָלָֽי׃ (י) i “me”

Jehovah, hear my prayer; give ear to my supplications: in thy faithfulness answer me, in thy righteousness.

עֲ֝נֵ֗נִי (נִי) ni “me”

For the enemy persecuteth my soul: he hath crushed my life down to the earth; he hath made me to dwell in dark places, as those that have been long dead.

הוֹשִׁיבַ֥נִי (נִי) ni “me”
