And [ergänzt: a space of] five and twenty thousand in length, and ten thousand in breadth, shall the Levites, who do the service of the house, have for themselves, for a possession, for their habitations.

וַחֲמִשָּׁ֨ה (וַ) va. “and”וְעֶשְׂרִ֥ים (וְ) ve. “and”וַעֲשֶׂ֥רֶת (וַ) va. “and”

And ye shall appoint the possession of the city five thousand in breadth, and five and twenty thousand in length, alongside of the holy heave-offering: it shall be for the whole house of Israel.

וַאֲחֻזַּ֨ת (וַ) va. “and”וְאֹ֗רֶךְ (וְ) ve. “and”וְעֶשְׂרִים֙ (וְ) ve. “and”

And the prince shall have [ergänzt: his portion] on the one side and on the other side of the holy heave-offering and of the possession of the city, over against the holy heave-offering, and over against the possession of the city, from the west side westward, and from the east side eastward; and in length answering to one of the portions [ergänzt: of the tribes] from the west border unto the east border.

וְלַנָּשִׂ֡יא (וְ) ve. “and”וּמִזֶּה֩ (וּ) u. “and”וְלַאֲחֻזַּ֣ת (וְ) ve. “and”וְאֶל־ (וְ) ve. “and”וּמִפְּאַת־ (וּ) u. “and”וְאֹ֗רֶךְ (וְ) ve. “and”

As land shall it be his for a possession in Israel; and my princes shall no more oppress my people; but they shall give the land to the house of Israel according to their tribes.

וְלֹא־ (וְ) ve. “and”וְהָאָ֛רֶץ (וְ) ve. “and”

Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Let it suffice you, princes of Israel! Put away violence and spoil, and execute judgment and justice; take off your exactions from my people, saith the Lord Jehovah.

וָשֹׁד֙ (וָ) va. “and”וּמִשְׁפָּ֥ט (וּ) u. “and”וּצְדָקָ֖ה (וּ) u. “and”

Ye shall have just balances, and a just ephah, and a just bath.

וְאֵֽיפַת־ (וְ) ve. “and”וּבַת־ (וּ) u. “and”

The ephah and the bath shall be of one measure, so that the bath may contain the tenth part of a homer, and the ephah the tenth part of a homer: the measure thereof shall be according to the homer.

וְהַבַּ֗ת (וְ) ve. “and”וַעֲשִׂירִ֤ת (וַ) va. “and”

And the shekel shall be twenty gerahs; twenty shekels, five and twenty shekels, fifteen shekels, shall be your maneh.

וְהַשֶּׁ֖קֶל (וְ) ve. “and”וְעֶשְׂרִ֣ים (וְ) ve. “and”וַחֲמִשָּׁה֙ (וַ) va. “and”

and the set portion of oil, by the bath of oil, the tenth part of a bath out of a cor, [ergänzt: which is] a homer of ten baths, for ten baths are a homer;

וְחֹ֨ק (וְ) ve. “and”

and one lamb out of the flock, out of two hundred, from the well-watered pastures of Israel; -- for an oblation, and for a burnt-offering, and for peace-offerings, to make atonement for them, saith the Lord Jehovah.

וְשֶׂה־ (וְ) ve. “and”וּלְעוֹלָ֣ה (וּ) u. “and”וְלִשְׁלָמִ֑ים (וְ) ve. “and”

And it shall be the prince's part [ergänzt: to supply] the burnt-offerings, and the oblation, and the drink-offering, at the feasts, and at the new moons, and on the sabbaths, in all the solemnities of the house of Israel: it is he that shall prepare the sin-offering, and the oblation, and the burnt-offering, and the peace-offerings, to make atonement for the house of Israel.

וְעַֽל־ (וְ) ve. “and”וְהַמִּנְחָה֮ (וְ) ve. “and”וְהַנֵּסֶךְ֒ (וְ) ve. “and”וּבֶחֳדָשִׁים֙ (וּ) u. “and”וּבַשַּׁבָּת֔וֹת (וּ) u. “and”וְאֶת־ (וְ) ve. “and”וְאֶת־ (וְ) ve. “and”וְאֶת־ (וְ) ve. “and”

And the priest shall take of the blood of the sin-offering, and put it upon the posts of the house, and upon the four corners of the settle of the altar, and upon the posts of the gate of the inner court.

וְאֶל־ (וְ) ve. “and”וְעַ֨ל־ (וְ) ve. “and”

So thou shalt do also on the seventh of the month for every one that erreth, and for the simple; and ye shall make atonement for the house.

וְכֵ֤ן (וְ) ve. “and”וּמִפֶּ֑תִי (וּ) u. “and”

And upon that day shall the prince offer for himself and for all the people of the land a bullock for a sin-offering.

וּבְעַ֖ד (וּ) u. “and”

And the seven days of the feast he shall offer a burnt-offering to Jehovah, seven bullocks and seven rams without blemish daily for the seven days; and a he-goat daily for a sin-offering.

וְשִׁבְעַ֨ת (וְ) ve. “and”וְשִׁבְעַ֨ת (וְ) ve. “and”וְחַטָּ֕את (וְ) ve. “and”

And he shall offer an oblation of an ephah for a bullock, and an ephah for a ram; and oil, a hin for an ephah.

וּמִנְחָ֗ה (וּ) u. “and”וְאֵיפָ֥ה (וְ) ve. “and”וְשֶׁ֖מֶן (וְ) ve. “and”

In the seventh [ergänzt: month], on the fifteenth day of the month, at the feast, shall he do the like seven days, according to the sin-offering, according to the burnt-offering, and according to the oblation, and according to the oil.

וְכַמִּנְחָ֖ה (וְ) ve. “and”וְכַשָּֽׁמֶן׃ (וְ) ve. “and”

Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: The gate of the inner court that looketh toward the east shall be shut the six working-days; but on the sabbath-day it shall be opened, and on the day of the new moon it shall be opened.

וּבְי֤וֹם (וּ) u. “and”וּבְי֥וֹם (וּ) u. “and”

And the prince shall enter by the way of the porch of [ergänzt: that] gate from without, and shall stand by the post of the gate, and the priests shall offer his burnt-offering and his peace-offerings, and he shall worship at the threshold of the gate, and shall go forth: but the gate shall not be shut until the evening.

וְאֶת־ (וְ) ve. “and”וְהַשַּׁ֥עַר (וְ) ve. “and”

And the people of the land shall worship at the door of this gate before Jehovah on the sabbaths and on the new moons.

וּבֶחֳדָשִׁ֑ים (וּ) u. “and”

And the burnt-offering that the prince shall present unto Jehovah on the sabbath-day shall be six lambs without blemish, and a ram without blemish.

וְהָ֣עֹלָ֔ה (וְ) ve. “and”וְאַ֥יִל (וְ) ve. “and”

And the oblation shall be an ephah for a ram, and the oblation for the lambs as he shall be able to give; and oil, a hin for an ephah.

וּמִנְחָה֙ (וּ) u. “and”וְלַכְּבָשִׂ֥ים (וְ) ve. “and”וְשֶׁ֖מֶן (וְ) ve. “and”

And on the day of the new moon, a young bullock without blemish, and six lambs, and a ram: they shall be without blemish.

וּבְי֣וֹם (וּ) u. “and”וְשֵׁ֧שֶׁת (וְ) ve. “and”וָאַ֖יִל (וָ) va. “and”

And he shall offer an oblation, an ephah for the bullock, and an ephah for the ram, and for the lambs according to what his hand may attain unto; and oil, a hin for an ephah.

וְאֵיפָ֨ה (וְ) ve. “and”וְאֵיפָ֤ה (וְ) ve. “and”וְלַ֨כְּבָשִׂ֔ים (וְ) ve. “and”וְשֶׁ֖מֶן (וְ) ve. “and”

And when the prince cometh in, he shall come in by the way of the porch of the gate, and he shall go out by the way thereof.

וּבְב֖וֹא (וּ) u. “and”וּבְדַרְכּ֖וֹ (וּ) u. “and”
