And afterward, saith the LORD, I will deliver Zedekiah king of Judah, and his servants, and the people, and such as are left in this city from the pestilence, from the sword, and from the famine, into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, and into

יְרַחֵֽם׃ ye.ra.Chem “he will have compassion”

Thus saith the LORD: Behold, I will turn the captivity of Jacob's tents, and have compassion on his dwelling-places; and the city shall be builded upon her own mound, and the palace shall be inhabited upon its wonted place.

אֲרַחֵ֑ם 'a.ra.Chem “I will have compassion”

Is Ephraim a darling son unto Me? Is he a child that is dandled? For as often as I speak of him, I do earnestly remember him still; therefore My heart yearneth for him, I will surely have compassion upon him, saith the LORD.

רַחֵ֥ם ra.Chem “surely <have compassion>”אֲֽרַחֲמֶ֖נּוּ (אֲֽרַחֲמֶ֖) 'ara.cha.Me. “I will have compassion on”

then will I also cast away the seed of Jacob, and of David My servant, so that I will not take of his seed to be rulers over the seed of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob; for I will cause their captivity to return, and will have compassion on them.'

וְרִחַמְתִּֽים׃ (רִחַמְתִּֽי) ri.cham.Ti “I will have compassion on”

And I will grant you compassion, that he may have compassion upon you, and cause you to return to your own land.

וְרִחַ֣ם (רִחַ֣ם) ri.Cham “he will have compassion on”

They lay hold on bow and spear, they are cruel, and have no compassion; their voice is like the roaring sea, and they ride upon horses; set in array, as a man for war, against thee, O daughter of Babylon.

יְרַחֵ֔מוּ ye.ra.Che.mu “they will have mercy”

For though He cause grief, yet will He have compassion according to the multitude of His mercies.

וְרִחַ֖ם (רִחַ֖ם) ri.Cham “he will have compassion”

Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD: Now will I bring back the captivity of Jacob, and have compassion upon the whole house of Israel; and I will be jealous for My holy name.

וְרִֽחַמְתִּ֖י (רִֽחַמְתִּ֖י) ri.cham.Ti “I will have compassion on”

And she conceived again, and bore a daughter. And He said unto him: 'Call her name Lo-ruhamah; for I will no more have compassion upon the house of Israel, that I should in any wise pardon them.

אֲרַחֵם֙ 'a.ra.Chem “I will have compassion on”

But I will have compassion upon the house of Judah, and will save them by the LORD their God, and will not save them by bow, nor by sword, nor by battle, nor by horses, nor by horsemen.'

אֲרַחֵ֔ם 'a.ra.Chem “I will have compassion on”

Say ye unto your brethren: 'Ammi'; and to your sisters, 'Ruhamah.'

רֻחָֽמָה׃ ru.Cha.mah “she is Shown Compassion”

And I will not have compassion upon her children; for they are children of harlotry.

אֲרַחֵ֑ם 'a.ra.Chem “I will have compassion on”

And I will sow her unto Me in the land; and I will have compassion upon her that had not obtained compassion; and I will say to them that were not My people: 'Thou art My people'; and they shall say: 'Thou art my God.'

וְרִֽחַמְתִּ֖י (רִֽחַמְתִּ֖י) ri.cham.Ti “I will have compassion on”רֻחָ֑מָה ru.Cha.mah “Ruhamah”

Asshur shall not save us; we will not ride upon horses; neither will we call any more the work of our hands our gods; for in Thee the fatherless findeth mercy.'

יְרֻחַ֥ם ye.ru.Cham “he is shown compassion”

He will again have compassion upon us; He will subdue our iniquities; and Thou wilt cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.

יְרַֽחֲמֵ֔נוּ (יְרַֽחֲמֵ֔) ye.ra.cha.Me. “he will have compassion on”

O LORD, I have heard the report of Thee, and am afraid; O LORD, revive Thy work in the midst of the years, in the midst of the years make it known; in wrath remember compassion.

רַחֵ֥ם ra.Chem “to have compassion”

Then the angel of the LORD spoke and said: 'O LORD of hosts, how long wilt Thou not have compassion on Jerusalem and on the cities of Judah, against which Thou hast had indignation these threescore and ten years?

תְרַחֵ֣ם te.ra.Chem “will you have compassion on”

And I will strengthen the house of Judah, and I will save the house of Joseph, and I will bring them back, for I have compassion upon them, and they shall be as though I had not cast them off; for I am the LORD their God, and I will hear them.
