H7126G–קָרַב–qa.rav

For whatever man he may be that hath a blemish, he shall not approach: a blind man, or a lame, or he that hath a flat nose, or any thing superfluous,

יִקְרָ֑ב yik.Rav “he will draw near”

Say to them, Whoever he may be of all your seed among your generations, that approacheth the holy things, which the children of Israel hallow to the LORD, having his uncleanness upon him, that soul shall be cut off from my presence: I am the LORD.

יִקְרַ֣ב yik.Rav “he will draw near”

And the priest shall bring her near, and set her before the LORD:

וְהִקְרִ֥יב (הִקְרִ֥יב) hik.Riv “he will bring near”

That the princes of Israel, heads of the house of their fathers, who were the princes of the tribes, and were over them that were numbered, offered:

וַיַּקְרִ֙יבוּ֙ (יַּקְרִ֙יבוּ֙) i.yak.Ri.vu “they brought near”

And there were certain men, who were defiled by the dead body of a man, that they could not keep the passover on that day: and they came before Moses and before Aaron on that day:

וַֽיִּקְרְב֞וּ (יִּקְרְב֞וּ) i.yik.re.Vu “they drew near”

And he spoke to Korah and to all his company, saying, Even to-morrow the LORD will show who are his, and who is holy; and will cause him to come near to him: even him whom he hath chosen will he cause to come near to him.

וְהִקְרִ֣יב (הִקְרִ֣יב) hik.Riv “he will bring [him] near”

Seemeth it but a small thing to you, that the God of Israel hath separated you from the congregation of Israel, to bring you near to himself to do the service of the tabernacle of the LORD, and to stand before the congregation to minister to them?

לְהַקְרִ֥יב (הַקְרִ֥יב) hak.Riv “bring near”

To be a memorial to the children of Israel, that no stranger, who is not of the seed of Aaron, should come near to offer incense before the LORD; that he may not be as Korah, and as his company: as the LORD said to him by the hand of Moses.

יִקְרַ֜ב yik.Rav “he may draw near”

And they shall keep thy charge, and the charge of all the tabernacle: only they shall not come nigh the vessels of the sanctuary and the altar, that neither they, nor ye also, die.

יִקְרָ֔בוּ yik.Ra.vu “they will draw near”

And they shall be joined to thee, and keep the charge of the tabernacle of the congregation, for all the service of the tabernacle: and a stranger shall not come nigh to you.

יִקְרַ֥ב yik.Rav “he will draw near”

Neither must the children of Israel henceforth come nigh the tabernacle of the congregation, lest they bear sin, and die.

יִקְרְב֥וּ yik.re.Vu “they will draw near”

Then came the daughters of Zelophehad, the son of Hepher, the son of Gilead, the son of Machir, the son of Manasseh, of the families of Manasseh the son of Joseph: and these are the names of his daughters; Mahlah, Noah, and Hoglah, and Milcah, and Tirzah.

וַתִּקְרַ֜בְנָה (תִּקְרַ֜בְנָה) tik.Rav.nah “they drew near”

And the officers who were over thousands of the hosts, the captains of thousands, and captains of hundreds, came near to Moses:

וַֽיִּקְרְבוּ֙ (יִּקְרְבוּ֙) i.yik.re.Vu “they drew near”

And the chief fathers of the families of the children of Gilead, the son of Machir, the son of Manasseh, of the families of the sons of Joseph, came near, and spoke before Moses, and before the princes, the chief fathers of the children of Israel:

וַֽיִּקְרְב֞וּ (יִּקְרְב֞וּ) i.yik.re.Vu “they drew near”

And ye came near to me every one of you, and said, We will send men before us, and they shall explore the land for us, and bring us word again by what way we must go up, and into what cities we shall come.

וַתִּקְרְב֣וּן (תִּקְרְב֣וּ) tik.re.Vu “you drew near”

And when thou comest nigh over against the children of Ammon, distress them not, nor meddle with them: for I will not give thee of the land of the children of Ammon any possession; because I have given it to the children of Lot for a possession.

וְקָרַבְתָּ֗ (קָרַבְתָּ֗) ka.rav.Ta “you will draw near”

Only to the land of the children of Ammon thou camest not, nor to any place of the river Jabbok, nor to the cities on the mountains, nor to whatever the LORD our God forbad us.

קָרָ֑בְתָּ ka.Ra.ve.ta “you drew near”

And ye came near and stood under the mountain; and the mountain burned with fire to the midst of heaven, with darkness, clouds, and thick darkness.

וַתִּקְרְב֥וּן (תִּקְרְב֥וּ) tik.re.Vu “you drew near”

And it came to pass, when ye heard the voice from the midst of the darkness, (for the mountain did burn with fire,) that ye came near to me, even all the heads of your tribes, and your elders;

וַתִּקְרְב֣וּן (תִּקְרְב֣וּ) tik.re.Vu “you drew near”

Go thou near, and hear all that the LORD our God shall say; and speak thou to us all that the LORD our God shall speak to thee; and we will hear it, and do it.

קְרַ֤ב ke.Rav “draw near”

Beware that there be not a thought in thy wicked heart, saying, The seventh year, the year of release, is at hand; and thy eye shall be evil against thy poor brother, and thou shalt give him naught; and he shall cry to the LORD against thee, and it shall be sin to thee.

קָֽרְבָ֣ה ka.re.Vah “it has drawn near”

And it shall be when ye are come nigh to the battle, that the priest shall approach and speak to the people,

כְּקָֽרָבְכֶ֖ם (קָֽרָבְ) ka.ra.ve. “draw near”

When thou comest nigh to a city to fight against it, then proclaim peace to it.

תִקְרַ֣ב tik.Rav “you will draw near”

And give occasions of speech against her, and bring an evil name upon her, and say, I took this woman, and when I came to her, I found her not a maid:

וָאֶקְרַ֣ב (אֶקְרַ֣ב) 'ek.Rav “I drew near”

When men strive together one with another, and the wife of the one draweth near to deliver her husband from the hand of him that smiteth him, and putteth forth her hand, and taketh him by the secrets:

וְקָֽרְבָה֙ (קָֽרְבָה֙) ka.re.Vah “she will draw near”
