Speak, Thus saith Jehovah: Yea, the carcases of men shall fall as dung upon the open field, and as the handful after the reaper, and there shall be none to gather.

הַקֹּצֵ֖ר (קֹּצֵ֖ר) ko.Tzer “reaper”

They have sown wheat, and they reap thorns; they have put themselves to pain, [ergänzt: and] do not profit. Be ye therefore ashamed of your revenues, because of the fierce anger of Jehovah.

קָצָ֔רוּ ka.Tza.ru “they have reaped”

For they have sown the wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind: it hath no stalk; should it sprout, it would yield no meal; if so be it yield, strangers shall swallow it up.

יִקְצֹ֑רוּ yik.Tzo.ru “they will reap”

Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap according to mercy; break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seek Jehovah, till he come and rain righteousness upon you.

קִצְר֣וּ kitz.Ru “reap”

Ye have ploughed wickedness, reaped iniquity, eaten the fruit of lies; for thou didst confide in thy way, in the multitude of thy mighty men.

קְצַרְתֶּ֖ם ke.tzar.Tem “you have reaped”

Behold, the days come, saith Jehovah, when the ploughman shall overtake the reaper, and the treader of grapes him that soweth seed; and the mountains shall drop new wine, and all the hills shall melt.

בַּקֹּצֵ֔ר (קֹּצֵ֔ר) ko.Tzer “reaper”

Thou shalt sow, but thou shalt not reap; thou shalt tread the olives, but thou shalt not anoint thee with oil; and new wine, but shalt not drink wine.

תִקְצ֑וֹר tik.Tzor “you will reap”
