H4725–מָקוֹם–ma.qom

For if thou altogether holdest thy peace at this time, then shall there enlargement and deliverance arise to the Jews from another place; but thou and thy father's house shall be destroyed: and who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this?

מִמָּק֣וֹם (מָּק֣וֹם) ma.Kom “a place”

And in every province, and in every city, whithersoever the king's commandment and his decree came, the Jews had joy and gladness, a feast and a good day. And many of the people of the land became Jews; for the fear of the Jews fell upon them.

מְקוֹם֙ me.kOm “[the] place”

Now when Job's three friends heard of all this evil that was come upon him, they came every one from his own place; Eliphaz the Temanite, and Bildad the Shuhite, and Zophar the Naamathite: for they had made an appointment together to come to mourn with him and to comfort him.

מִמְּקֹמ֔וֹ (מְּקֹמ֔) me.ko.M “own place”

What time they wax warm, they vanish: when it is hot, they are consumed out of their place.

מִמְּקוֹמָֽם׃ (מְּקוֹמָֽ) me.ko.Ma “place”

He shall return no more to his house, neither shall his place know him any more.

מְקֹמֽוֹ׃ (מְקֹמֽ) me.ko.M “place”

If he destroy him from his place, then it shall deny him, saying, I have not seen thee.

מִמְּקוֹמ֑וֹ (מְּקוֹמ֑) me.ko.M “place”

Which shaketh the earth out of her place, and the pillars thereof tremble.

מִמְּקוֹמָ֑הּ (מְּקוֹמָ֑) me.ko.Ma “place”

And surely the mountains falling cometh to nought, and the rock is removed out of his place.

מִמְּקֹמֽוֹ׃ (מְּקֹמֽ) me.ko.M “place”

O earth, cover not thou my blood, and let my cry have no place.

מָ֝ק֗וֹם ma.Kom “a place”

He teareth himself in his anger: shall the earth be forsaken for thee? and shall the rock be removed out of his place?

מִמְּקֹמֽוֹ׃ (מְּקֹמֽ) me.ko.M “place”

Surely such are the dwellings of the wicked, and this is the place of him that knoweth not God.

The eye also which saw him shall see him no more; neither shall his place any more behold him.

מְקוֹמֽוֹ׃ (מְקוֹמֽ) me.ko.M “place”

The east wind carrieth him away, and he departeth: and as a storm hurleth him out of his place.

מִמְּקֹמֽוֹ׃ (מְּקֹמֽ) me.ko.M “place”

Men shall clap their hands at him, and shall hiss him out of his place.

מִמְּקֹמֽוֹ׃ (מְּקֹמֽ) me.ko.M “place”

Surely there is a vein for the silver, and a place for gold where they fine it.

וּ֝מָק֗וֹם (מָק֗וֹם) ma.Kom “a place”

The stones of it are the place of sapphires: and it hath dust of gold.

But where shall wisdom be found? and where is the place of understanding?

Whence then cometh wisdom? and where is the place of understanding?

God understandeth the way thereof, and he knoweth the place thereof.

מְקוֹמָֽהּ׃ (מְקוֹמָֽ) me.ko.Ma “place”

He striketh them as wicked men in the open sight of others;

בִּמְק֥וֹם (מְק֥וֹם) m.Kom “a place of”

At this also my heart trembleth, and is moved out of his place.

מִמְּקוֹמֽוֹ׃ (מְּקוֹמֽ) me.ko.M “place”

Hast thou commanded the morning since thy days; and caused the dayspring to know his place;

מְקֹמֽוֹ׃ (מְקֹמֽ) me.ko.M “place”

Where is the way where light dwelleth? and as for darkness, where is the place thereof,

מְקֹמֽוֹ׃ (מְקֹמֽ) me.ko.M “[is] place”

Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place?

בִּמְק֥וֹם (מְק֥וֹם) m.Kom “[the] place of”

LORD, I have loved the habitation of thy house, and the place where thine honour dwelleth.
