H3772I–כָּרַת–ka.rat

And I was with thee whithersoever thou wentest, and have cut off all thine enemies out of thy sight, and have made thee a great name, like unto the name of the great men that are in the earth.

וָאַכְרִ֥תָה (אַכְרִ֥תָ) 'akh.Ri.ta “I cut off”

Then will I cut off Israel out of the land which I have given them; and this house, which I have hallowed for my name, will I cast out of my sight; and Israel shall be a proverb and a byword among all people:

וְהִכְרַתִּ֣י (הִכְרַתִּ֣י) hikh.ra.Ti “I will cut off”

(For six months did Joab remain there with all Israel, until he had cut off every male in Edom:)

הִכְרִ֥ית hikh.Rit “he had cut off”

Therefore, behold, I will bring evil upon the house of Jeroboam, and will cut off from Jeroboam him that pisseth against the wall, and him that is shut up and left in Israel, and will take away the remnant of the house of Jeroboam, as a man taketh away dung, till it be all gone.

וְהִכְרַתִּ֤י (הִכְרַתִּ֤י) hikh.ra.Ti “I will cut off”

Moreover the LORD shall raise him up a king over Israel, who shall cut off the house of Jeroboam that day: but what? even now.

יַכְרִ֛ית yakh.Rit “he will cut off”

For it was so, when Jezebel cut off the prophets of the LORD, that Obadiah took an hundred prophets, and hid them by fifty in a cave, and fed them with bread and water.)

בְּהַכְרִ֣ית (הַכְרִ֣ית) hakh.Rit “cut off”

Behold, I will bring evil upon thee, and will take away thy posterity, and will cut off from Ahab him that pisseth against the wall, and him that is shut up and left in Israel,

וְהִכְרַתִּ֤י (הִכְרַתִּ֤י) hikh.ra.Ti “I will cut off”

For the whole house of Ahab shall perish: and I will cut off from Ahab him that pisseth against the wall, and him that is shut up and left in Israel:

וְהִכְרַתִּ֤י (הִכְרַתִּ֤י) hikh.ra.Ti “I will cut off”

And I have been with thee whithersoever thou hast walked, and have cut off all thine enemies from before thee, and have made thee a name like the name of the great men that are in the earth.

And the destruction of Ahaziah was of God by coming to Joram: for when he was come, he went out with Jehoram against Jehu the son of Nimshi, whom the LORD had anointed to cut off the house of Ahab.

לְהַכְרִ֖ית (הַכְרִ֖ית) hakh.Rit “cut off”

The LORD shall cut off all flattering lips, and the tongue that speaketh proud things:

יַכְרֵ֣ת yakh.Ret “may he cut off”

The face of the LORD is against them that do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth.

לְהַכְרִ֖ית (הַכְרִ֖ית) hakh.Rit “cut off”

For evildoers shall be cut off: but those that wait upon the LORD, they shall inherit the earth.

יִכָּרֵת֑וּן (יִכָּרֵת֑וּ) yi.ka.re.Tu “they will be cut off”

For such as be blessed of him shall inherit the earth; and they that be cursed of him shall be cut off.

יִכָּרֵֽתוּ׃ yi.ka.Re.tu “they will be cut off”

For the LORD loveth judgment, and forsaketh not his saints; they are preserved for ever: but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off.

נִכְרָֽת׃ nikh.Rat “it is cut off”

Wait on the LORD, and keep his way, and he shall exalt thee to inherit the land: when the wicked are cut off, thou shalt see it.

בְּהִכָּרֵ֖ת (הִכָּרֵ֖ת) hi.ka.Ret “are cut off”

But the transgressors shall be destroyed together: the end of the wicked shall be cut off.

נִכְרָֽתָה׃ nikh.Ra.tah “it will be cut off”

I will early destroy all the wicked of the land; that I may cut off all wicked doers from the city of the LORD.

לְהַכְרִ֥ית (הַכְרִ֥ית) hakh.Rit “cut off”

Let his posterity be cut off; and in the generation following let their name be blotted out.

לְהַכְרִ֑ית (הַכְרִ֑ית) hakh.Rit “cut off”

Let them be before the LORD continually, that he may cut off the memory of them from the earth.

וְיַכְרֵ֖ת (יַכְרֵ֖ת) yakh.Ret “may he cut off”

But the wicked shall be cut off from the earth, and the transgressors shall be rooted out of it.

יִכָּרֵ֑תוּ yi.ka.Re.tu “they will be cut off”

For surely there is an end; and thine expectation shall not be cut off.

תִכָּרֵֽת׃ ti.ka.Ret “it will be cut off”

So shall the knowledge of wisdom be unto thy soul: when thou hast found it, then there shall be a reward, and thy expectation shall not be cut off.

Howbeit he meaneth not so, neither doth his heart think so; but it is in his heart to destroy and cut off nations not a few.

וּלְהַכְרִ֥ית (הַכְרִ֥ית) hakh.Rit “cut off”

The envy also of Ephraim shall depart, and the adversaries of Judah shall be cut off: Ephraim shall not envy Judah, and Judah shall not vex Ephraim.
