H2088–זֶה–zeh

And now, I pray you, consider from this day and backward, before a stone was laid upon a stone in the temple of Jehovah.

הַזֶּ֖ה (זֶּ֖ה) Zeh “this”

Consider, I pray you, from this day and backward, from the four and twentieth day of the ninth [ergänzt: month], since the day that the foundation of Jehovah's temple was laid, consider it.

הַזֶּ֖ה (זֶּ֖ה) Zeh “this”

Is the seed yet in the barn? yea, the vine, and the fig-tree, and the pomegranate, and the olive-tree have not brought forth; from this day will I bless [ergänzt: you].

Then the angel of Jehovah answered and said, O Jehovah of hosts, how long wilt thou not have mercy on Jerusalem and on the cities of Judah, against which thou hast had indignation these threescore and ten years?

זֶ֖ה zeh “this”

And Jehovah said unto Satan, Jehovah rebuke thee, O Satan; yea, Jehovah that hath chosen Jerusalem rebuke thee: is not this a brand plucked out of the fire?

זֶ֦ה zeh “[is] this”

Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of Jehovah unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, saith Jehovah of hosts.

The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house; his hands shall also finish it; and thou shalt know that Jehovah of hosts hath sent me unto you.

הַזֶּ֖ה (זֶּ֖ה) Zeh “this”

Then said he unto me, This is the curse that goeth forth over the face of the whole land: for every one that stealeth shall be cut off on the one side according to it; and every one that sweareth shall be cut off on the other side according to it.

[ergänzt: and] to speak unto the priests of the house of Jehovah of hosts, and to the prophets, saying, Should I weep in the fifth month, separating myself, as I have done these so many years?

זֶ֖ה zeh “this”

Speak unto all the people of the land, and to the priests, saying, When ye fasted and mourned in the fifth and in the seventh [ergänzt: month], even these seventy years, did ye at all fast unto me, even to me?

וְזֶה֙ (זֶה֙) Zeh “this”

Thus saith Jehovah of hosts: If it be marvellous in the eyes of the remnant of this people in those days, should it also be marvellous in mine eyes? saith Jehovah of hosts.

הַזֶּ֔ה (זֶּ֔ה) Zeh “this”

But now I will not be unto the remnant of this people as in the former days, saith Jehovah of hosts.

הַזֶּ֑ה (זֶּ֑ה) Zeh “this”

For [ergänzt: there shall be] the seed of peace; the vine shall give its fruit, and the ground shall give its increase, and the heavens shall give their dew; and I will cause the remnant of this people to inherit all these things.
