'Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel: Behold, I will bring upon this city and upon all her towns all the evil that I have pronounced against it; because they have made their neck stiff, that they might not hear My words.'

הַזֹּאת֙ (זֹּאת֙) zoT “this”

Moreover I will give all the store of this city, and all the gains thereof, and all the wealth thereof, yea, all the treasures of the kings of Judah will I give into the hand of their enemies, who shall spoil them, and take them, and carry them to Babylo

הַזֹּ֔את (זֹּ֔את) Zot “this”

Thus saith the LORD, the God of Israel: Behold, I will turn back the weapons of war that are in your hands, wherewith ye fight against the king of Babylon, and against the Chaldeans, that besiege you without the walls, and I will gather them into the mid

הַזֹּֽאת׃ (זֹּֽאת) Zot “this”

And I will smite the inhabitants of this city, both man and beast; they shall die of a great pestilence.

הַזֹּ֔את (זֹּ֔את) Zot “this”

And afterward, saith the LORD, I will deliver Zedekiah king of Judah, and his servants, and the people, and such as are left in this city from the pestilence, from the sword, and from the famine, into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, and into

הַזֹּ֜את (זֹּ֜את) Zot “this”

He that abideth in this city shall die by the sword, and by the famine, and by the pestilence; but he that goeth out, and falleth away to the Chaldeans that besiege you, he shall live, and his life shall be unto him for a prey.

הַזֹּ֔את (זֹּ֔את) Zot “this”

For I have set My face against this city for evil, and not for good, saith the LORD; it shall be given into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he shall burn it with fire.

הַזֹּ֧את (זֹּ֧את) Zot “this”

And many nations shall pass by this city, and they shall say every man to his neighbour: 'Wherefore hath the LORD done thus unto this great city?'

הַזֹּ֑את (זֹּ֑את) Zot “this”הַזֹּֽאת׃ (זֹּֽאת) Zot “this”

but in the place whither they have led him captive, there shall he die, and he shall see this land no more.

הַזֹּ֖את (זֹּ֖את) Zot “this”

And I will set Mine eyes upon them for good, and I will bring them back to this land; and I will build them, and not pull them down; and I will plant them, and not pluck them up.

הַזֹּ֑את (זֹּ֑את) Zot “this”

And as the bad figs, which cannot be eaten, they are so bad; surely thus saith the LORD: So will I make Zedekiah the king of Judah, and his princes, and the residue of Jerusalem, that remain in this land, and them that dwell in the land of Egypt;

הַזֹּ֔את (זֹּ֔את) Zot “this”

behold, I will send and take all the families of the north, saith the LORD, and I will send unto Nebuchadrezzar the king of Babylon, My servant, and will bring them against this land, and against the inhabitants thereof, and against all these nations rou

הַזֹּאת֙ (זֹּאת֙) zoT “this”

And this whole land shall be a desolation, and a waste; and these nations shall serve the king of Babylon seventy years.

הַזֹּ֔את (זֹּ֔את) Zot “this”

For thus saith the LORD, the God of Israel, unto me: Take this cup of the wine of fury at My hand, and cause all the nations, to whom I send thee, to drink it.

הַזֹּ֖את (זֹּ֖את) Zot “this”

then will I make this house like Shiloh, and will make this city a curse to all the nations of the earth.'

הַזֹּאת֙ (זֹּאת֙) zo.tah “this”

Why hast thou prophesied in the name of the LORD, saying: This house shall be like Shiloh, and this city shall be desolate, without an inhabitant?' And all the people were gathered against Jeremiah in the house of the LORD.

הַזֹּ֛את (זֹּ֛את) Zot “this”

Then spoke the priests and the prophets unto the princes and to all the people, saying: 'This man is worthy of death; for he hath prophesied against this city, as ye have heard with your ears.'

הַזֹּ֔את (זֹּ֔את) Zot “this”

Then spoke Jeremiah unto all the princes and to all the people, saying: 'The LORD sent me to prophesy against this house and against this city all the words that ye have heard.

הַזֹּ֔את (זֹּ֔את) Zot “this”

Only know ye for certain that, if ye put me to death, ye will bring innocent blood upon yourselves, and upon this city, and upon the inhabitants thereof; for of a truth the LORD hath sent me unto you to speak all these words in your ears.'

And there was also a man that prophesied in the name of the LORD, Uriah the son of Shemaiah of Kiriath-jearim; and he prophesied against this city and against this land according to all the words of Jeremiah;

הַזֹּאת֙ (זֹּאת֙) zoT “this”הַזֹּ֔את (זֹּ֔את) Zot “this”

Hearken not unto them; serve the king of Babylon, and live; wherefore should this city become desolate?

הַזֹּ֖את (זֹּ֖את) Zot “this”

For thus saith the LORD of hosts concerning the pillars, and concerning the sea, and concerning the bases, and concerning the residue of the vessels that remain in this city,

הַזֹּֽאת׃ (זֹּֽאת) Zot “this”

For thus saith the LORD concerning the king that sitteth upon the throne of David, and concerning all the people that dwell in this city, your brethren that are not gone forth with you into captivity;

הַזֹּ֑את (זֹּ֑את) Zot “this”

Upon this I awaked, and beheld; and my sleep was sweet unto me.

זֹ֖את zot “this”

But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the LORD, I will put My law in their inward parts, and in their heart will I write it; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people;
