H1540I–גָּלָה–ga.lah

In thee have they uncovered their fathers' nakedness; in thee have they humbled her that was unclean in her impurity.

גִּלָּה־ gi.lah- “someone has uncovered”

These uncovered her nakedness; they took her sons and her daughters, and her they slew with the sword; and she became a byword among women, for judgments were executed upon her.

גִּלּ֣וּ gi.Lu “they uncovered”

So she uncovered her harlotries, and uncovered her nakedness; then My soul was alienated from her, like as My soul was alienated from her sister.

וַתְּגַל֙ (תְּגַל֙) te.Gal “she uncovered”וַתְּגַ֖ל (תְּגַ֖ל) te.Gal “she uncovered”

and they shall deal with thee in hatred, and shall take away all thy labour, and shall leave thee naked and bare; and the nakedness of thy harlotries shall be uncovered, both thy lewdness and thy harlotries.

וְנִגְלָה֙ (נִגְלָה֙) nig.Lah “it will be uncovered”

And now will I uncover her shame in the sight of her lovers, and none shall deliver her out of My hand.

אֲגַלֶּ֥ה 'a.ga.Leh “I will uncover”

Therefore I will make Samaria a heap in the field, a place for the planting of vineyards; and I will pour down the stones thereof into the valley, and I will uncover the foundations thereof.

אֲגַלֶּֽה׃ 'a.ga.Leh “I will uncover”

And the queen is uncovered, she is carried away, and her handmaids moan as with the voice of doves, tabering upon their breasts.

גֻּלְּתָ֣ה gu.le.Tah “it was uncovered”

Behold, I am against thee, saith the LORD of hosts, and I will uncover thy skirts upon thy face, and I will shew the nations thy nakedness, and the kingdoms thy shame.

וְגִלֵּיתִ֥י (גִלֵּיתִ֥י) gi.lei.Ti “I will uncover”
