And it shall come to pass in that day, [supplied: that] Jehovah will punish the host of the high ones on high, and the kings of the earth upon the earth.

הַה֔וּא (הַ) ha. “<the>”הַמָּר֖וֹם (הַ) ha. “the”הָאֲדָמָ֖ה (הָ) ha. “the”הָאֲדָמָֽה׃ (הָ) ha. “the”

And the moon shall be confounded, and the sun ashamed; for Jehovah of hosts shall reign on mount Zion, and in Jerusalem, and before his ancients in glory.

הַלְּבָנָ֔ה (הַ) ha. “the”הַֽחַמָּ֑ה (הַֽ) ha. “the”

And in this mountain will Jehovah of hosts make unto all peoples a feast of fat things, a feast of wines on the lees, of fat things full of marrow, of wines on the lees well refined.

הָֽעַמִּים֙ (הָֽ) ha. “the”הַזֶּ֔ה (הַ) ha. “<the>”

And he will destroy in this mountain the face of the veil which veileth all the peoples, and the covering that is spread over all the nations.

הַזֶּ֔ה (הַ) ha. “<the>”הַלּ֥וֹט׀ (הַ) ha. “the”הַלּ֖וֹט (הַ) ha. “which”הָֽעַמִּ֑ים (הָֽ) ha. “the”וְהַמַּסֵּכָ֥ה (הַ) ha “the”הַנְּסוּכָ֖ה (הַ) ha. “which”הַגּוֹיִֽם׃ (הַ) ha. “the”

He will swallow up death in victory. And the Lord Jehovah will wipe away tears from off all faces; and the reproach of his people will he take away from off all the earth: for Jehovah hath spoken.

הַמָּ֙וֶת֙ (הַ) ha. “<the>”הָאָ֔רֶץ (הָ) ha. “the”

And it shall be said in that day, Behold, this is our God; we have waited for him, and he will save us: this is Jehovah, we have waited for him; we will be glad and rejoice in his salvation.

For in this mountain shall the hand of Jehovah rest, and Moab shall be trodden down under him, as straw is trodden down in the dunghill;

הַזֶּ֑ה (הַ) ha. “<the>”

and he shall spread forth his hands in the midst of them, as he that swimmeth spreadeth them forth to swim; and he shall bring down their pride together with the plots of their hands.

הַשֹּׂחֶ֖ה (הַ) ha. “<the>”

In that day shall this song be sung in the land of Judah: We have a strong city; salvation doth he appoint for walls and bulwarks.

For behold, Jehovah cometh out of his place to visit the iniquity of the inhabitants of the earth upon them; and the earth shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.

הָאָ֖רֶץ (הָ) ha. “the”הָאָ֙רֶץ֙ (הָ) ha. “the”

In that day Jehovah, with his sore and great and strong sword, will visit leviathan the fleeing serpent, and leviathan the crooked serpent; and he will slay the monster that is in the sea.

הַה֡וּא (הַ) ha. “<the>”הַקָּשָׁ֜ה (הַ) ha. “<the>”וְהַגְּדוֹלָ֣ה (הַ) ha. “<the>”וְהַֽחֲזָקָ֗ה (הַֽ) ha. “<the>”הַתַּנִּ֖ין (הַ) ha. “the”

In that day [supplied: there shall be] a vineyard of pure wine; sing concerning it:

In the future Jacob shall take root; Israel shall blossom and bud, and they shall fill the face of the world with fruit.

הַבָּאִים֙ (הַ) ha. “the”

In measure, when sending her away, didst thou contend with her: he hath taken [supplied: her] away with his rough wind in the day of the east wind.

הַקָּשָׁ֖ה (הַ) ha. “<the>”

And it shall come to pass in that day, that Jehovah shall beat out from the flood of the river unto the torrent of Egypt, and ye shall be gathered one by one, [supplied: ye] children of Israel.

הַה֔וּא (הַ) ha. “<the>”הַנָּהָ֖ר (הַ) ha. “the”

And it shall come to pass in that day, [supplied: that] the great trumpet shall be blown; and they shall come that were perishing in the land of Assyria, and the outcasts in the land of Egypt, and they shall worship Jehovah in the holy mountain at Jerusalem.

הַה֗וּא (הַ) ha. “<the>”הָאֹֽבְדִים֙ (הָ) ha. “those”וְהַנִּדָּחִ֖ים (הַ) ha “the”הַקֹּ֖דֶשׁ (הַ) ha. “<the>”

and the fading flower of his glorious adornment which is on the head of the fat valley shall be like an early fig before the summer: as soon as he that seeth it perceiveth it, scarcely is it in his hand, he swalloweth it down.

הָֽרֹאֶה֙ (הָֽ) ha. “the”

In that day will Jehovah of hosts be for a crown of glory, and for a diadem of beauty, unto the remnant of his people;

הַה֗וּא (הַ) ha. “<the>”

and for a spirit of judgment to him that sitteth in judgment, and for strength to them that turn the battle to the gate.

הַמִּשְׁפָּ֔ט (הַ) ha. “<the>”

But these also have erred through wine, and through strong drink are they gone astray. The priest and the prophet have erred through strong drink; they are overpowered by wine, they are gone astray through strong drink; they have erred in vision, they have stumbled [supplied: in] judgment.

הַיַּ֗יִן (הַ) hai. “<the>”הַשֵּׁכָ֔ר (הַ) ha. “<the>”

For with stammering lips and a strange tongue will he speak to this people;

הָעָ֥ם (הָ) ha. “the”הַזֶּֽה׃ (הַ) ha. “<the>”

to whom he said, This is the rest: cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing. But they would not hear.

הַמְּנוּחָה֙ (הַ) ha. “[is] the”הַמַּרְגֵּעָ֑ה (הַ) ha. “[is] the”

Therefore hear the word of Jehovah, ye scornful men, that rule this people which is in Jerusalem.

Therefore thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Behold, I lay for foundation in Zion a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner-stone, a sure foundation: he that trusteth shall not make haste.

הַֽמַּאֲמִ֖ין (הַֽ) ha. “the”

For the bed is too short to stretch oneself on, and the covering too narrow when he would wrap himself in it.
