And my tabernacle shall be over them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

And the nations shall know that I Jehovah do hallow Israel, when my sanctuary shall be in the midst of them for ever.

לְעוֹלָֽם׃ (לְ) le. “for”

And the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying,

לֵאמֹֽר׃ (לֵ) le. “<to>”

Be thou prepared, and prepare for thyself thou, and all thine assemblage that are assembled unto thee, and be thou a guard unto them.

לְךָ֔ (לְ) le. “for <the>”לָהֶ֖ם (לָ) la. “for”לְמִשְׁמָֽר׃ (לְ) le. “<into>”

After many days shalt thou be visited; at the end of years thou shalt come into the land brought back from the sword [supplied: and] gathered out of many peoples, upon the mountains of Israel which have been a perpetual waste: but it is brought forth out from the peoples, and they shall all of them be dwelling in safety.

לְחָרְבָּ֖ה (לְ) le. “<into>”לָבֶ֖טַח (לָ) la. “to”

And thou shalt ascend, thou shalt come like a storm, thou shalt be like a cloud to cover the land, thou, and all thy bands, and many peoples with thee.

לְכַסּ֥וֹת (לְ) le. “[about] to”

and thou shalt say, I will go up to the land of unwalled villages; I will come to them that are in quiet, that dwell in safety, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates,

לָבֶ֑טַח (לָ) la. “to”לָהֶֽם׃ (לָ) la. “[belong] to”

to seize a spoil, and to take a prey; to turn thy hand against the waste places that are [supplied: now] inhabited, and against a people gathered out of the nations, which have gotten cattle and goods, that dwell in the middle of the land.

Sheba, and Dedan, and the merchants of Tarshish, with all the young lions thereof, shall say unto thee, Art thou come to seize a spoil? hast thou gathered thine assemblage to take a prey? to carry away silver and gold, to take cattle and goods, to seize a great spoil?

Therefore prophesy, son of man, and say unto Gog, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: In that day when my people Israel dwelleth in safety, shalt thou not know [supplied: it]?

לָכֵן֙ (לָ) la. “<to>”לְג֔וֹג (לְ) le. “to”לָבֶ֖טַח (לָ) la. “to”

And thou shalt come up against my people Israel as a cloud to cover the land -- it shall be at the end of days -- and I will bring thee against my land, that the nations may know me, when I shall be hallowed in thee, O Gog, before their eyes.

לְכַסּ֣וֹת (לְ) le. “to”לְעֵינֵיהֶ֖ם (לְ) le. “to”

Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Art thou not he of whom I have spoken in old time through my servants the prophets of Israel, who prophesied in those days, for [supplied: many] years, that I would bring thee against them?

לְהָבִ֥יא (לְ) le. “to”

so that the fish of the sea, and the fowl of the heavens, and the beasts of the field, and all creeping things which creep upon the earth, and all mankind that are upon the face of the earth shall shake at my presence; and the mountains shall be thrown down, and the steep places shall fall, and every wall shall fall to the ground.

לָאָ֥רֶץ (לָ) la. “to the”

And I will call for a sword against him throughout all my mountains, saith the Lord Jehovah: every man's sword shall be against his brother.

לְכָל־ (לְ) le. “to”

And I will magnify myself, and sanctify myself, and I will be known in the eyes of many nations, and they shall know that I [supplied: am] Jehovah.

לְעֵינֵ֖י (לְ) le. “to”

Thou shalt fall upon the mountains of Israel, thou, and all thy bands, and the peoples that are with thee: I have given thee to be meat for the birds of prey of every wing, and to the beasts of the field.

לְעֵ֨יט (לְ) le. “to”לְאָכְלָֽה׃ (לְ) le. “for”

And I will send a fire on Magog, and among them that dwell at ease in the isles: and they shall know that I [supplied: am] Jehovah.

לָבֶ֑טַח (לָ) la. “to”

And it shall come to pass in that day, [supplied: that] I will give unto Gog a place there for burial in Israel, the valley of the passers-by to the east of the sea; and it shall stop [supplied: the way] of the passers-by; and there shall they bury Gog and all the multitude; and they shall call it, Valley of Hamon-Gog.

לְגוֹג֩׀ (לְ) le. “to”

and all the people of the land shall bury [supplied: them]; and it shall be to them for renown in the day that I shall be glorified, saith the Lord Jehovah.

לָהֶ֖ם (לָ) la. “for”לְשֵׁ֑ם (לְ) le. “<into>”

And they shall sever out men of continual employment to go through the land, who, with the passers-by, shall bury those that remain upon the face of the land, to cleanse it: at the end of seven months shall they make a search.

לְטַֽהֲרָ֑הּ (לְ) le. “to”

And thou, son of man, thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Speak unto the birds of every wing, and to every beast of the field, Gather yourselves together and come, assemble yourselves on every side to my sacrifice which I sacrifice for you, a great sacrifice upon the mountains of Israel, that ye may eat flesh, and drink blood.

לְצִפּ֨וֹר (לְ) le. “to”וּלְכֹ֣ל׀ (לְ) le. “to”לָכֶם֙ (לָ) la. “for”

And ye shall eat fat till ye are full, and drink blood till ye are drunken, of my sacrifice which I sacrifice for you.

לְשָׂבְעָ֔ה (לְ) le. “to”לְשִׁכָּר֑וֹן (לְ) le. “to”לָכֶֽם׃ (לָ) la. “for”

Therefore, thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Now will I bring again the captivity of Jacob, and have mercy upon the whole house of Israel, and will be jealous for my holy name:

and they shall bear their confusion, and all their unfaithfulness in which they have acted unfaithfully against me, when they shall dwell safely in their land, and none shall make them afraid;

לָבֶ֖טַח (לָ) la. “to”

when I have brought them again from the peoples, and gathered them out of their enemies' lands, and am hallowed in them in the sight of many nations.

לְעֵינֵ֖י (לְ) le. “to”
