For my soul is sated with troubles, and my life draweth nigh unto the grave.

וְחַיַּ֗י (וְ) ve. “and”

Set apart among the dead, like the slain that lie in the grave, whom Thou rememberest no more; and they are cut off from Thy hand.

וְ֝הֵ֗מָּה (וְ֝) ve. “and”

Thy wrath lieth hard upon me, and all Thy waves Thou pressest down. Selah

וְכָל־ (וְ) ve. “and”

Thou hast put mine acquaintance far from me; Thou hast made me an abomination unto them; I am shut up, and I cannot come forth.

וְלֹ֣א (וְ) ve. “and”

Shall Thy wonders be known in the dark? and Thy righteousness in the land of forgetfulness?

וְ֝צִדְקָתְךָ֗ (וְ֝) ve. “and”

But as for me, unto Thee, O LORD, do I cry, and in the morning doth my prayer come to meet Thee.

וַאֲנִ֤י׀ (וַ) va. “and”וּ֝בַבֹּ֗קֶר (וּ֝) u. “and”

I am afflicted and at the point of death from my youth up; I have borne Thy terrors, I am distracted.

וְגֹוֵ֣עַ (וְ) ve. “and”

Friend and companion hast Thou put far from me, and mine acquaintance into darkness.

וָרֵ֑עַ (וָ) va. “and”

I will sing of the mercies of the LORD for ever; to all generations will I make known Thy faithfulness with my mouth.

וָדֹ֓ר׀ (וָ) va. “and”

For ever will I establish thy seed, and build up thy throne to all generations.' Selah

וָד֖וֹר (וָ) va. “and”

So shall the heavens praise Thy wonders, O LORD, Thy faithfulness also in the assembly of the holy ones.

וְי֘וֹד֤וּ (וְ) ve. “so”

A God dreaded in the great council of the holy ones, and feared of all them that are about Him?

וְ֝נוֹרָ֗א (וְ֝) ve. “and”

O LORD God of hosts, who is a mighty one, like unto Thee, O LORD? And Thy faithfulness is round about Thee.

וֶ֝אֱמֽוּנָתְךָ֗ (וֶ֝) ve. “and”

Thine are the heavens, Thine also the earth; the world and the fulness thereof, Thou hast founded them.

וּ֝מְלֹאָ֗הּ (וּ֝) u. “and”

The north and the south, Thou hast created them; Tabor and Hermon rejoice in Thy name.

וְ֭יָמִין (וְ֭) Ve. “and”וְ֝חֶרְמ֗וֹן (וְ֝) ve. “and”

Righteousness and justice are the foundation of Thy throne; mercy and truth go before Thee.

וּ֭מִשְׁפָּט (וּ֭) U. “and”וֶ֝אֱמֶ֗ת (וֶ֝) ve. “and”

In Thy name do they rejoice all the day; and through Thy righteousness are they exalted.

וּבְצִדְקָתְךָ֥ (וּ) u. “and”

For Thou art the glory of their strength; and in Thy favour our horn is exalted.

וּ֝בִרְצֹנְךָ֗ (וּ֝) u. “and”

For of the LORD is our shield; and the Holy One of Israel is our king.

וְלִקְד֖וֹשׁ (וְ) ve. “and”

The enemy shall not exact from him; nor the son of wickedness afflict him.

וּבֶן־ (וּ) u. “and”

And I will beat to pieces his adversaries before him, and smite them that hate him.

וּמְשַׂנְאָ֥יו (וּ) u. “and”

But My faithfulness and My mercy shall be with him; and through My name shall his horn be exalted.

וֶֽאֶֽמוּנָתִ֣י (וֶֽ) ve. “and”וְחַסְדִּ֣י (וְ) ve. “and”וּ֝בִשְׁמִ֗י (וּ֝) u. “and”

I will set his hand also on the sea, and his right hand on the rivers.

וּֽבַנְּהָר֥וֹת (וּֽ) u. “and”

He shall call unto Me: Thou art my Father, my God, and the rock of my salvation.

וְצ֣וּר (וְ) ve. “and”

For ever will I keep for him My mercy, and My covenant shall stand fast with him.

וּ֝בְרִיתִ֗י (וּ֝) u. “and”
