Doth it please thee to oppress, that thou shouldest despise the work of thy hands, and shine upon the counsel of the wicked?

עֲצַ֖ת 'a.Tzat “[the] plan of”

With him is wisdom and might; he hath counsel and understanding.

עֵצָ֥ה 'e.Tzah “counsel”

The steps of his strength shall be straitened, and his own counsel shall cast him down.

עֲצָתֽוֹ׃ (עֲצָתֽ) a.tza.T “own plan[s]”

Behold, their prosperity is not in their hand. The counsel of the wicked be far from me!

Yet he filled their houses with good. But the counsel of the wicked is far from me.

Unto me they listened, and waited, and kept silence for my counsel:

Who is this that darkeneth counsel by words without knowledge?

עֵצָ֥ה 'e.Tzah “counsel”

Who is he that obscureth counsel without knowledge? therefore have I uttered what I did not understand; things too wonderful for me, which I knew not.

Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the wicked, and standeth not in the way of sinners, and sitteth not in the seat of scorners;

בַּעֲצַ֪ת (עֲצַ֪ת) 'a.Tzat “[the] counsel of”

How long shall I take counsel in my soul, with sorrow in my heart daily? how long shall mine enemy be exalted over me?

עֵצ֡וֹת e.Tzot “counsel<s>”

Ye have shamed the counsel of the afflicted, because Jehovah [supplied: was] his refuge.

Grant thee according to thy heart, and fulfil all thy counsels.

עֲצָתְךָ֥ (עֲצָתְ) 'a.tza.te. “plan”

Jehovah frustrateth the counsel of the nations; he maketh the thoughts of the peoples of none effect.

The counsel of Jehovah standeth for ever, the thoughts of his heart from generation to generation.

Thou wilt guide me by thy counsel, and after the glory, thou wilt receive me.

בַּעֲצָתְךָ֥ (עֲצָתְ) 'a.tza.te. “counsel”

They soon forgot his works; they waited not for his counsel:

לַעֲצָתֽוֹ׃ (עֲצָתֽ) 'a.tza.T “counsel”

Often did he deliver them; but as for them they provoked [supplied: him] by their counsel, and they were brought low by their iniquity.

Because they had rebelled against the words of God, and had despised the counsel of the Most High; ...

וַעֲצַ֖ת (עֲצַ֖ת) 'a.Tzat “[the] counsel of”

Thy testimonies also are my delight [supplied: and] my counsellors.

עֲצָתִֽי׃ (עֲצָתִֽ) 'a.tza.T “counsel”

and ye have rejected all my counsel, and would none of my reproof:

עֲצָתִ֑י (עֲצָתִ֑) 'a.tza.T “advice”

they would none of my counsel, they despised all my reproof:

לַעֲצָתִ֑י (עֲצָתִ֑) 'a.tza.T “advice”

Counsel is mine, and sound wisdom: I am intelligence; I have strength.

The way of a fool is right in his own eyes; but he that is wise hearkeneth unto counsel.

לְעֵצָ֣ה (עֵצָ֣ה) 'e.Tzah “advice”

Hear counsel, and receive instruction, that thou mayest be wise in thy latter end.
