Of the sons of Shechaniah; the son of Jahaziel, and with him three hundred males.

וְעִמּ֕וֹ (עִמּ֕) 'i.M “with”

Of the sons also of Adin; Ebed the son of Jonathan, and with him fifty males.

וְעִמּ֖וֹ (עִמּ֖) 'i.M “with”

And of the sons of Elam; Jeshaiah the son of Athaliah, and with him seventy males.

וְעִמּ֖וֹ (עִמּ֖) 'i.M “with”

And of the sons of Shephatiah; Zebadiah the son of Michael, and with him eighty males.

וְעִמּ֖וֹ (עִמּ֖) 'i.M “with”

Of the sons of Joab; Obadiah the son of Jehiel, and with him two hundred and eighteen males.

וְעִמּ֕וֹ (עִמּ֕) 'i.M “with”

And of the sons of Shelomith; the son of Josiphiah, and with him a hundred and sixty males.

וְעִמּ֕וֹ (עִמּ֕) 'i.M “with”

And of the sons of Bebai; Zechariah the son of Bebai, and with him twenty and eight males.

וְעִמּ֕וֹ (עִמּ֕) 'i.M “with”

And of the sons of Azgad; Johanan the son of Hakkatan, and with him a hundred and ten males.

וְעִמּ֕וֹ (עִמּ֕) 'i.M “with”

And of the last sons of Adonikam, whose names are these, Eliphelet, Jeiel, and Shemaiah, and with them sixty males.

וְעִמָּהֶ֖ם (עִמָּ) 'i.ma. “with”

Of the sons also of Bigvai; Uthai, and Zabbud, and with them seventy males.

וְעִמּ֖וֹ (עִמּ֖) 'i.M “with”

Then I separated twelve of the chief of the priests, Sherebiah, Hashabiah, and ten of their brethren with them,

וְעִמָּהֶ֥ם (עִמָּ) 'i.ma. “with”

Now on the fourth day was the silver and the gold and the vessels weighed in the house of our God by the hand of Meremoth the son of Uriah the priest; and with him was Eleazar the son of Phinehas; and with them was Jozabad the son of Jeshua, and Noadiah the son of Binnui, Levites;

וְעִמּ֖וֹ (עִמּ֖) 'i.M “with”וְעִמָּהֶ֞ם (עִמָּ) 'i.ma. “with”

Arise; for this matter belongeth to thee: we also will be with thee: be of good courage, and do it.

עִמָּ֑ךְ (עִמָּ֑) 'i.Ma “[will be] with”

Let now our rulers of all the congregation stand, and let all them who have taken foreign wives in our cities come at appointed times, and with them the elders of every city, and its judges, until the fierce wrath of our God for this matter shall be turned from us.

וְעִמָּהֶ֛ם (עִמָּ) 'i.ma. “with”

Then I came to the governors beyond the river, and gave them the king's letters. Now the king had sent captains of the army and horsemen with me.

עִמִּי֙ (עִמִּ) 'i.M “with”

And I arose in the night, I and some few men with me; neither told I any man what my God had put in my heart to do at Jerusalem: neither was there any beast with me, save the beast that I rode upon.

עִמִּי֒ (עִמִּ) 'i.M “with”עִמִּ֔י (עִמִּ֔) 'i.M “[was] with”

Therefore I set in the lower places behind the wall, and on the higher places, I even set the people after their families with their swords, their spears, and their bows.

עִם־ 'im- “with”

Now that which was prepared for me daily was one ox and six choice sheep; also fowls were prepared for me, and once in ten days an abundance of all sorts of wine: yet for all this I required not the bread of the governor, because the bondage was heavy upon this people.

וְעִם־ (עִם) 'im- “beside”

Who came with Zerubbabel, Jeshua, Nehemiah, Azariah, Raamiah, Nahamani, Mordecai, Bilshan, Mispereth, Bigvai, Nehum, Baanah. The number, I say, of the men of the people of Israel was this;

עִם־ 'im- “with”

And foundest his heart faithful before thee, and madest a covenant with him, to give the land of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Jebusites, and the Girgashites, to give it, I say, to his seed, and hast performed thy words; for thou art righteous:

עִמּ֜וֹ (עִמּ֜) i.M “with”

Thou camest down also upon mount Sinai, and spokest with them from heaven, and gavest them right judgments, and true laws, good statutes and commandments:

עִמָּהֶ֖ם (עִמָּ) 'i.ma. “with”

And refused to obey, neither were mindful of thy wonders that thou didst perform among them; but hardened their necks, and in their rebellion appointed a captain to return to their bondage: but thou art a God ready to pardon, gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and forsookest them not.

עִמָּהֶ֔ם (עִמָּ) 'i.ma. “with”

And the priest the son of Aaron shall be with the Levites, when the Levites take tithes: and the Levites shall bring up the tenth of the tithes to the house of our God, to the chambers, into the treasure house.

עִם־ 'im- “with”

Now these are the priests and the Levites that went up with Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, and Jeshua: Seraiah, Jeremiah, Ezra,

עִם־ 'im- “with”

So stood the two companies of them that gave thanks in the house of God, and I, and the half of the rulers with me:

עִמִּֽי׃ (עִמִּֽ) 'i.M “with”
