But now he hath made me weary; ... thou hast made desolate all my family;

עֲדָתִֽי׃ (עֲדָתִֽ) 'a.da.T “company”

Therefore the wicked shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous.

בַּעֲדַ֥ת (עֲדַ֥ת) 'a.Dat “[the] congregation of”

And the assembly of the peoples shall encompass thee; and for their sakes return thou on high.

וַעֲדַ֣ת (עֲדַ֣ת) 'a.Dat “an assembly of”

For dogs have encompassed me; an assembly of evil-doers have surrounded me: they pierced my hands and my feet.

עֲדַ֣ת 'a.Dat “a company of”

Rebuke the beast of the reeds, the assembly of the strong, with the calves of the peoples: [supplied: every one] submitteth himself with pieces of silver. Scatter the peoples that delight in war.

Remember thine assembly, which thou hast purchased of old, which thou hast redeemed [supplied: to be] the portion of thine inheritance, this mount Zion, wherein thou hast dwelt.

God standeth in the assembly of God, he judgeth among the gods.

בַּעֲדַת־ (עֲדַת) 'a.dat- “[the] congregation of”

O God, the proud are risen against me, and the assembly of the violent seek after my soul, and they have not set thee before them.

וַעֲדַ֣ת (עֲדַ֣ת) 'a.Dat “a company of”

The earth opened and swallowed up Dathan, and covered the company of Abiram;

And fire was kindled in their company; a flame burned up the wicked.

בַּעֲדָתָ֑ם (עֲדָתָ֑) 'a.da.Ta “company”

Hallelujah! I will celebrate Jehovah with [supplied: my] whole heart, in the council of the upright, and in the assembly.

וְעֵדָֽה׃ (עֵדָֽה) 'e.Dah “[the] congregation”

I was well nigh in all evil in the midst of the congregation and assembly.

Therefore hear, ye nations, and know, O assembly, what is among them.

עֵדָ֖ה 'e.Dah “O congregation”

And their sons shall be as aforetime; and their assembly shall be established before me; and I will punish all that oppress them.

וַעֲדָת֖וֹ (עֲדָת֖) 'a.da.T “congregation”

When they go, I will spread my net upon them; I will bring them down as the fowl of the heavens; I will chastise them, according as their assembly hath heard.
