And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,
לֵּאמֹֽר׃ (אמֹֽר) Mor “saying”
Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, [supplied: Concerning] the set feasts of Jehovah, which ye shall proclaim as holy convocations -- these are my set feasts.
וְאָמַרְתָּ֣ (אָמַרְתָּ֣) 'a.mar.Ta “you will say”
