H0428–אֵ֫לֶּה–el.leh

So all who fell that day of Benjamin were twenty-five thousand men that drew the sword, all of them men of valor.

אֵ֖לֶּה 'E.leh “these”

And she said, These six [supplied: measures] of barley gave he me; for he said to me, Go not empty to thy mother-in-law.

הָאֵ֖לֶּה (אֵ֖לֶּה) 'E.leh “these”

Now these are the generations of Pherez. Pherez begot Hezron,

וְאֵ֙לֶּה֙ (אֵ֙לֶּה֙) 'E.leh “these”

And he said to them, Why do ye such things? for I hear of your evil deeds from all this people.

הָאֵ֑לֶּה (אֵ֑לֶּה) 'E.leh “these”אֵֽלֶּה׃ 'E.leh “these”

Woe unto us! who shall deliver us out of the hand of these mighty gods? these are the gods that smote the Egyptians with every plague in the wilderness.

And these are the golden sores which the Philistines returned as a trespass-offering to Jehovah: for Ashdod one, for Gazah one, for Ashkelon one, for Gath one, for Ekron one;

And he went from year to year in circuit to Bethel, and Gilgal, and Mizpah, and judged Israel in all those places.

הָאֵֽלֶּה׃ (אֵֽלֶּה) 'E.leh “these”

And it shall be, when these signs shall come to thee, thou shalt do as thy hand shall find; for God is with thee.

הָאֵ֖לֶּה (אֵ֖לֶּה) 'E.leh “these”

And it was [supplied: so] that when he turned his back to go away from Samuel, God gave him another heart; and all those signs came to pass that day.

And the Spirit of God came upon Saul when he heard those words, and his anger was kindled greatly.

And Jonathan said to the young man that bore his armour, Come, and let us go over to the garrison of these uncircumcised: perhaps Jehovah will work for us; for there is no restraint to Jehovah to save by many or by few.

הָאֵ֔לֶּה (אֵ֔לֶּה) 'E.leh “these”

And Jesse made seven of his sons pass before Samuel. And Samuel said to Jesse, Jehovah has not chosen these.

בָּאֵֽלֶּה׃ (אֵֽלֶּה) 'E.leh “these”

And Saul and all Israel heard these words of the Philistine, and they were dismayed and greatly afraid.

הָאֵ֑לֶּה (אֵ֑לֶּה) 'E.leh “these”

and carry these ten cheeses to the captain of the thousand, and visit thy brethren to see how they are, and take a pledge of them.

הָאֵ֔לֶּה (אֵ֔לֶּה) 'E.leh “these”

And as he talked with them, behold there came up the champion, the Philistine of Gath, Goliath by name, out of the ranks of the Philistines, and spoke according to the same words; and David heard [supplied: them].

And David girded his sword upon his dress, and endeavoured to go; for he had not yet tried [supplied: it]. And David said to Saul, I cannot go in these; for I have never tried [supplied: them]. And David put them off him.

בָּאֵ֖לֶּה (אֵ֖לֶּה) 'E.leh “these [things]”

And Saul's servants spoke those words in the ears of David. And David said, Is it a light thing in your eyes to be the king's son-in-law, seeing that I am a poor man, and lightly esteemed?

הָאֵ֑לֶּה (אֵ֑לֶּה) 'E.leh “these”

And the servants of Saul told him, saying, On this manner did David speak.

הָאֵ֖לֶּה (אֵ֖לֶּה) 'E.leh “these”

And his servants told David these words; and the thing was right in David's sight to be the king's son-in-law. And the days were not expired,

הָאֵ֔לֶּה (אֵ֔לֶּה) 'E.leh “these”

Then Jonathan called David, and Jonathan declared to him all those things. And Jonathan brought David to Saul, and he was in his presence as previously.

הָאֵ֑לֶּה (אֵ֑לֶּה) 'E.leh “these”

And David took to heart these words, and was much afraid of Achish the king of Gath.

הָאֵ֖לֶּה (אֵ֖לֶּה) 'E.leh “these”

And David inquired of Jehovah, saying, Shall I go and smite these Philistines? And Jehovah said to David, Go and smite the Philistines, and save Keilah.

הָאֵ֑לֶּה (אֵ֑לֶּה) 'E.leh “these”

And as soon as David had ended speaking these words to Saul, Saul said, Is this thy voice, my son David? And Saul lifted up his voice and wept.

הָאֵ֙לֶּה֙ (אֵ֙לֶּה֙) 'E.leh “these”

And David's young men came, and spoke to Nabal according to all those words in the name of David, and ceased.

הָאֵ֖לֶּה (אֵ֖לֶּה) 'E.leh “these”

And David's young men turned their way, and went back, and came and reported to him according to all those words.
