They have ears, but they hear not; Neither is there any breath in their mouths.

יַאֲזִ֑ינוּ ya.'a.Zi.nu “they give ear”

I said unto Jehovah, Thou art my God: Give ear unto the voice of my supplications, O Jehovah.

הַאֲזִ֥ינָה (הַאֲזִ֥ינָ) ha.'a.Zi.na “give ear to”

Jehovah, I have called upon thee; make haste unto me: Give ear unto my voice, when I call unto thee.

Hear my prayer, O Jehovah; give ear to my supplications: In thy faithfulness answer me, [supplied: and] in thy righteousness.

An evil-doer giveth heed to wicked lips; [supplied: And] a liar giveth ear to a mischievous tongue.

מֵ֝זִין Me.zin “[is] giving ear”

Hear, O heavens, and give ear, O earth; for Jehovah hath spoken: I have nourished and brought up children, and they have rebelled against me.

וְהַאֲזִ֣ינִי (הַאֲזִ֣ינִי) ha.'a.Zi.ni “give ear”

Hear the word of Jehovah, ye rulers of Sodom; give ear unto the law of our God, ye people of Gomorrah.

Make an uproar, O ye peoples, and be broken in pieces; and give ear, all ye of far countries: gird yourselves, and be broken in pieces; gird yourselves, and be broken in pieces.

Give ye ear, and hear my voice; hearken, and hear my speech.

Rise up, ye women that are at ease, [supplied: and] hear my voice; ye careless daughters, give ear unto my speech.

Who is there among you that will give ear to this? that will hearken and hear for the time to come?

יַאֲזִ֣ין ya.'a.Zin “will he give ear to”

Attend unto me, O my people; and give ear unto me, O my nation: for a law shall go forth from me, and I will establish my justice for a light of the peoples.

הַאֲזִ֑ינוּ ha.'a.Zi.nu “give ear”

For from of old men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, neither hath the eye seen a God besides thee, who worketh for him that waiteth for him.

Hear ye, and give ear; be not proud; for Jehovah hath spoken.
